On long running waves you don't have to find the sweet trim spot. True gliders will find it and give it to you.
I loved long boards over the short ones. Easier to paddle out and you can ride the nose.

More board than what you bargained for, or are you not surfing the right wave. I only every see people ride gliders on a wave that runs. I only surf beach breaks but I want one.

i do appreaciate and love CJ nelsons style on a longboard but these boards have to be approached with a very different style
What you just said is not correct anyone can ride any style and approach any wave however they choose with any board they want.
