Q; whats the point of collecting and “locking” in the 3 matching kart cards? (Bumper, chassis, etc)? You didnt mention or else I missed the point. You just showed 3 that connect and discarded them. Do they provide a benefit? Game looks interesting but a little confusing, lots going on. Is the the rulebook good and clear?
The benefit of locking your cards is so the other players won't steal them. Very useful if you have a full golden kart you don't want stolen! Yes rulebook is very clear! There is a lot going on but once you get the flow of it down it's relatively easy besides some technical rules.
@@theotherboardgamer9541 It the "technical rules" that we're not so sure about. Why would someone what to STEAL your cards? Do the bumper, chassis, etc cards have powers? In your video you collect 3 and discard them because they match. I didn't the point in collecting them but I assume they provide powers or vp (why else would someone want to steal them?) And once all match and you discard, do you lose their powers (assuming they have powers)?
@@supercommando440 Yep they offer VP points for every fully or half completed kart. Every type of kart offers different amounts of points. You can mix and match kart parts but they are worth more when you have all of one type. Example if you have all gold it's worth more points than if you had a gold bumper and a striped center. That's why someone would wanna steal to pretty much complete their kart type. When you lock the kart parts in they can no longer be stolen, but you also cannot add to a completed kart. Say you have a gold bumper and the rest is striped if you lock it in and later find the other gold parts they cannot be added to the locked kart. They'll just become a different kart entirely and scored separately.
The raptor player gets less TOTAL action points if the mother gets shot?
Hey there, If the mother raptor is wounded You will lose as many action points as sleep tokens you have on her. So if you have 3 sleep tokens and you have a 5 action card you'll lose 3 to wake the mother. So it's not total per say but for that round. Hope this helps sorry for the late reply!

At 9:35 why didn't QueenK get to move 5 spaces if she STOLE 2 movement?
That was my mistake lol.. she would steal it and add it to her movement.
The acrylic tiles version is to die for. I got into the hobby too late to get my own copy. I'd pay whatever it costs to get a new copy without hesitation.
Woo be careful with that lol.. have you tried eBay or bgg? I bet someone is selling it.
@@theotherboardgamer9541 Nothing on BGG except the standard version. eBay hasn't got the version I'm looking for currently.
How do the acrylic tiles look after heavy use? People report on bgg the paint scratches off due to no protective coating and sharp edges in the tiles.

Hey y'all! After being informed and double checking there has been a mistake made! In level 1-1 There needs to be a stack of 2 blocks underneath the row with the gem all the way against the wall to the left... In this instance to grab the gem, you'll push the lower block that's against the wall up to the double stack, climb on top, push the top block into the corner and there you have your steps to the gem! Thanks for the video used it to double check my first few levels to make sure I wasn't accidentally cheating/doing it wrong. You know you set level 1-1 up wrong both times though. There should be 2 blocks on a2

Hi. Haven't seem anyone solo the regular Dice Throne before. I've been working out a way to do it (bought a set of Season 2 just for that purpose.) May I ask what rules are you using - or are you just playing 2 Handed Chess and playing best choices for the opponent?
Yup! The latter is correct.. just 2 handed chess but trying to play unbiasedly for both sides lol.. I mean in the sense that both sides wanna win 😂😂
