10:12 housing association sounds better? My private rented one bed flat the going rate is now 900 to 950 a month. (Although I still pay 650 for now). Plus my landlord never does anything and now he has the power because he can just evict me and then bring someone in for 950 a month. He could cover the cost of the repairs with the increased rent.

Staying away from the big supermarkets and only making darting visits to main town centres and Christmas can be exactly what you want it to be, as happy or miserable as you want. well like my father always said you walk into the local on Christmas for a few pints meet the men and women you know etc but alot of people only come out cause they will get a free drink cause its Christmas but you wont see there faces for the other 11 months of the year and to be honest im 28 and just feels like another day to me. and like you said mush why wait till xmas to do that kind of stuff see if the person next door is ok for a Dinner or want helping with the lawn its like why wait till xmas to do something like that same with Valentines day just another way to have big stores like Tesco etc making 100,000 of pounds
