Putting Drake Maye in being more creative on offense will never work. The offensive line is really bad. With Strange out and now losing Andrews is too much to overcome especially with mediocre play at left tackle.

I honestly just want us to run with Brisset for most of the season. Maye is clearly a better QB and a better presence on the field. But we have way to many hole to fix before throwing him out there to start. With that said let’s bench Stevenson. Which is tough to say cause I’m from Oklahoma and I love that kid. But he’s struggling and Antonio seems to be flourishing plus I like his speed.

I think that Criticism says it all. Offense has got to get more creative. More pre snap movement, screens, play action. What would Josh do if he was still O.C?! Jacoby is one tough cookie, his strength. His weakness is getting the ball out to receivers. He looks overwhelmed at times. Hopefully, they can figure something out!?!?

The Patriots staff cannot do anything about this historic stink bomb of an offense and team, without they themselves being competent. The Patriots management is nowhere near competency. Eliot Wolf is proven incompetent as he completely disregarded the very foundations of an offense, the offensive line, during the off season, along with wide receiver talent. Wolf and Mayo were saying they’re looking forward to cutdowns to address the offensive line in MAY! MAY!! THAT is historic incompetence. They also did noting to address the awful wide receiver situation. And let’s not forget, it’s Eliot Wolf and Alex Van Pelt who are running offensive decision making, Not Gerard Mayo. Mayo couldn’t coach his way out of a supermarket. He has never called a play in his life. Offensive line coach? He’s a first year guy. Defensive coordinator? First year guy. Believe me - this team will make the backup Dolphins quarterback look like the second coming of Dan Marino. The only solution is fire this staff, beginning with Mayo, and bring in an experienced head coach. Fire Eliot Wolf and bring in a competent GM. Fire Van Pelt, fire the defensive coordinator and the offensive line coach. THAT’s how you change the culture of loosing like Parcells did 30 years ago.

Receivers are actually open, JB is just slow on his reads to throw the ball in tight windows or just seeing that open Receiver, it’s by the time he looks their direction there’s a defender there. That receiving core is getting frustrated with his quarterback play.

What is important is getting Drake some playing time at some point ... Not having him start ... some of you folks are focused on the wrong thing, probably because you are listening to the crowds talk goofy .. Drake should come in later after the 1rst quarter is established by Jacoby.. so 2nd quarter.. but against teams, we are playing the second time around..for quality purposes / scouting.. game planning..

One thing I’ve noticed and sure all of you have is that Jacoby hangs on to the ball too long. He has to get rid of the ball twice as fast or faster and if no one is open throw the ball away. His reaction time passing is just to slow and you can see receivers open initially if he just pulled the trigger and trusted his receivers.

They may win 2 games this season, 3 if another team has to forfeit for some reason.
