📋 Ingredients:
Garlic, peeled - 1/2 cup
Neutral oil, such as avocado, canola, or grapeseed (not olive oil) - 1 + 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 2.5 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1) Peel a half cup of garlic cloves and if there are any green sprouts, remove them.
2) Wash the garlic cloves and pat them dry.
3) Add the garlic cloves and salt. Using an immersion blender, blend until it resembles a paste.
4) Add 3 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of lemon juice at a time and blend until the mixture is white and fluffy.
5) Repeat until all the oil and lemon juice have been incorporated.
6) Transfer the vegan garlic sauce into a glass container and cover with a paper towel in the fridge overnight.
7) The next day, remove the paper towel and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 months. This vegan garlic sauce goes well with french fries, pita, vegetables, falafel, and meat. You can also use it as a spread on sandwiches or brush it onto freshly baked bread.

    Terrible. Way overcooked. Whatever bark is there is burnt. Meat is completely brown. Rubbing the spices into the meat shreds the meat like sandpaper.

    Can I use butter instead of oil

    • @NiniKoko
      @NiniKoko Місяць тому

      Yes, you can but butter makes chiffon cake denser and drier because it sets firm at room temperature, while oil remains liquid and helps the chiffon cake retain moisture.

    No offense man, but that brisket was a bit over cooked. Doing it in an air fryer seems a bit tricky. I'm thinking 400 F for 15 minutes uncovered, then 240 F for around 2.5 hours covered.

    I made these tonight (first time I've made them from scratch)! I used the cups, etc conversion, and had the same problem as another commenter (very wet, sticky dough). I worked more flour in a bit at a time, and the rolls came out wonderfully! My family loved them. I will definitely try this again, using the weight measurements for the ingredients. Thank you for a great recipe!

    • @NiniKoko
      @NiniKoko 2 місяці тому

      Thanks for sharing your experience! So glad to hear you enjoyed the rolls! I hope you find the weight measurements work better for you next time! Just so you know, this dough is on the wet side, which makes the dinner rolls extra soft and moist when baked. My recommendation is dusting the dough, working surface and your hands with flour when you knead the dough before the first proof. Try the challah bread recipe in our channel next time! The leftover challah bread is perfect for French toast as well! Have fun baking!❤️

    chunjang is just this and caramel sauce right?

    • @NiniKoko
      @NiniKoko 6 місяців тому

      No, it’s not Chunjang. This is called “Cheonggukjang” in Korean. It’s different than “Doenjang” though. Cheonggukjang is fermented for only a few days. But Doenjang is fermented for much longer, typically for a month or longer. Cheonggukjang is generally considered to be a healthy food as it is rich in vitamins and other nutrients, though its very strong odor is not universally enjoyed. However, if you use our recipe, it doesn’t have a lot of pungent smell like the store-bought ones so it will be easier for to eat! ❤️

    It's not the same without the wood smoke flavor. I would never try this on an expensive piece of meat. Also, in a smoker the fat drips away into a large can. Not sure, how that would work in an Air Fryer. I can tell that the brisket was well over cooked in this video. Either they left it in there for to long, or the temp was way too high, or both.
