Thank you Brother Hallman. I appreciate you and your family serving in Germany. Thank you for ministering to our military. God bless you. I'm praying for you. 🤗🙏🏼
Dem duke boys are at it again. Sorry, but is this uncle Jesse's doppelganger?
Thanks for listening. I just made a comical post about my resemblance to him on my Instagram. First, I realized it was a couple of years ago. A preacher visited my church on "Old Fashioned Day." I was wearing a white shirt and overalls. He, first made the comparison. I thought, "One day, it's 1985, you got a head full of blonde hair. You're at ease in a Don Johnson style no-tie suit or wranglers and boots. The next day, you look in the mirror and find Uncle Jesse.... (Big smile)
“Let every person search his own heart and plead for the bright beams of the Sun of Righteousness to expel all spiritual darkness.”
Thanks for listening. Yes, we find the need to search our own hearts in I Corinthians 11 and I Peter 4 among other places in Scripture. We certainly need the Spirit and the Scriptures to expel darkness. Amen. Thanks again for listening.
Amen and thanks

"My Lord sits at the Lord's right hand" was he the first to realize?
First, thanks for listening. In answer to the question: That is from Psalm 110; Christ quotes it a few times in the gospels; and the Apostles quote it in Acts. Christ silenced the Pharisees with a question about this. It’s David writing, of course, being moved by God to do so. He Is speaking of the Messiah. I would suggest that you listen to the recent sermon “Christ is Sovereign” which would do a better job than I can in a few lines typed in reply. Thanks again for listening!

Can you demonstrate that a god could possibly exist?
First, Thanks for listening and for asking a question. So, I am going to do my best to answer your Question Biblically. There are many gods, but there is only one God, but His Word gives us over 200 names, over 300 if we count each combination of names. Yet, the Bible tells us that at the name of Jesus, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is LORD to the glory of God the Father. So, the question is not will someone admit His existence and His authority, but will he/she do so in time to miss hell and gain heaven. God doesn't prove HIs existence. He is. John 1:1-5 &14 ( Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. :2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.) Romans 1:18-20 (Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse) Romans 2:14: the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;) 16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. People say, "Prove God and I will believe..." God merely exclaims, "I am." His Word - Old and New Testaments teach us that Creation proves His existence. Romans 2, says, we are all born with a conscience that tells us of God and his way. God had David write in Psalm 14 and 43: "The Fool hath said in his heart there is not God..." One might read that and think, "DAvid is insulting the unbeliever..." But no, this is not the case. Scripturally, a fool is one who knows right and chooses wrong. Thus, David is basically saying the unbeliever is just being obstinate. Another may quote Romans 9 and imply that the unbeliever is an unbeliever and God made Him that way, but the Scriptures say, God gives every man a measure of faith (Romans 12:3). SCripture continues with God's Word to Titus from Paul: Titus 2:11 " For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works." Romans 10:9-13 teach us that we believe with the heart and we confess with our mouth. The same LORD over all is rich until all who call upon him, because whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD, shall be saved. God Bless. and Again, thanks for listening
Amen. Preach it brother ! God bless
@@claytonbond8130 thanks for listening ! I’m glad it was an encouragement… That’s one of our main goals.
When I was in my 20s I went thru a time when I had no money only got $3.00 week for my 8 mths old first child my husband got sacked we couldn't get on a benefit for 3 mths due to a standown period I had enough money for potatoes cabbage weetbix and formular to feed my child my useless husband had moved us into a rural house away from family and friends and would disappear from morning to night. All I had to eat was 3 tablespoonß weetbix from my son's breakfast and same at dinner, for two months we survived like that and I always felt full I decided to get a job when I realized I was pregnant I couldn't starve my baby. I look back on that time in awe as god protected me and my baby's as I never felt hungry at all.
What a blessing. Thank you for sharing that!

You know what else is beautiful about it? They could've chosen to change the word and not tell people that he actually struck it twice. They could've lied and said he followed what was said perfectly and only hit once but no. They kept it exactly as it was. It even makes more sense this way now. It was saying that Jesus would not be smitten twice but only once. To do it twice is unnecessary. He only had to die and rise again one time. Not twice. He was worthy when no one else could've/would've been. It reminds me of the passage "You will bite his heel and he will bruise your head," a similitude talking about Jesus with the serpent.

Thank you, very kindly. I trust you had a nice one too. And as always, thanks for listening!
Great point pastor. Another lie some Christians believe is that people can appointment a "God parent". "God father or God Mother". Very scary to place such a title on another. This tradition or ritual is unbiblical.
Jesus come to bring sinners to repentance. Go to the river confessing your sins and take John's baptism of repentance according to Acts 2:38. Matthew 3:11 and Mark 16:16. There is no salvation without repentance.
THanks for listening. True enough: Faith and Repentance are flipsides of the same coin. One cannot have true faith without true repentance, nor true repentance without faith. Luke 22:46 and following. Jesus 1st recorded sermon: Mark 1:16. However, it is not the baptism of John. #Acts18:25. We are to take the gospel (defined most clearly in I Corinthians 15:3-7) to every person (Mark 16:15) of every ppl (Matthew 28:19) in every place (Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:15, Luke 24:46 and following, Acts 1:9) with the passion of Christ, the power (Authority) of Christ (MAtthew 28:18) with the power (strength) of Christ Acts 1:8)
Thankyou for this message 🙌

I had someone privately contact me who seemed to think that this devotion insinuated that I believed the prosperity doctrine : follow Christ for wealth and fame. A perusal of the Scriptures mentioned would negate that thought. However, for clarity let me brag on God with one example: I know a man who gave all his accumulated wealth to the costs of ministry for the cause of the Master. Yet his wife and kids still love both he and his Lord. He preached on three continents. He’s never missed a meal or a bill. He has been blessed to see and do things of which others only dream. The icing on the cake is seeing God save hundreds and call several into the ministry!
Amen
