Hello, can someone provide me with a contact person I need some information on which part to order, from the company most of the links, are broken when they do respond to the email, nothing ever happens other than asking for your order id which of course I would not have as I don't know which is the right part to order? I need three net enclosure upright poles for a 14ft fora, I do not want to order a whole new trampoline for three parts. I REALLY NEED HELP. To fast needs to be slower hard to follow

Just assembled one of these. Fairly easy but know this, the frame is held together by nothing other than the spring tension. When I was putting it together it was brutal. If you breathed on it the wrong way, shifted it ever so slightly, it would all fall apart. Save yourself some heartache and duct tape the joints together. Once you get the bounce mat on with the spring tension, it seems pretty stable. Ive had it up a couple days and my two kids (6 and 3) have loved it. Im 250 pounds, I walked on it but Im not sure me bouncing on it would fair well for the frame. It might be fine tho, I just don't want to find out. Keepin it kids only.

Can adults jump on this? Weight limit? Also what is the difference between the pumpkin net vs the standard vertical poles? Limited on space which is why ask. Any benefit to either?

This is a great, handy tool to be sure. There are more details to the assembly than are presented in the video however. (Paper instructions are provided) Still, it is a great help. Great product.
