And what makes you exclusively list other ideas and resources separate to a video shared by a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer who has had a very long weight loss journey of her own and has FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO expressed frustration with misinformation around nutrition and specifically pointed out everyone’s own uniqueness? Just curious 😊
I also find it fascinating that, as is implied, you would assume that I am against other resources and people getting different perspectives. And you sharing a vague string of words put together in hopes to discredit a video that I believe shares valuable ideas without even claiming to be a definitive guide is very poor practice, because surely you see how your own non-concrete jargon might further confuse women who could see your comments.

I really suggest getting ninja cremi and make protein ice cream and maybe higher your fibre and protein a bit 🩷😊
@gigifitlifestyle I do really want a ninja creami actually! Also, idk if you watched till the end but that was 164g of protein 😀 Which is definitely enough for my own body and goals. (If you’re curious, you can roughly calculate your protein needs to build muscle by multiplying your bodyweight in kg by 1.4-2.0. The leaner you are, the higher you should aim.) And I didn’t include my fiber intake but you made me realize maybe I should since some people might be interested. However, it was 30g of fiber that day. Most women are actually recommended to aim for 25g of fiber a day 🫶🏽

Finally a good frigging breakfast for women. Eggs are just about the best food for a woman considering their exceptionally beioavailable Amino acids, vitamins and minerals. It is only rivaled by feta cheese, and would you look at that, you also included some Feta. This is so much better than any of the Whole grain vegan recipes that so many girls fall for.
Eggs are honestly just super versatile and fun to play around with for breakfast recipes ✨ And they’re kind of a no-brainer nutritionally speaking 🍳

love that you did this solo! What would you say is your overall experience of France? I also vlogged in pairs so curious what you think of it.
It was my second time there and I think the first time was a little more magical for me because it was during the fall season which I enjoyed so much more. I still really enjoyed this trip so my overall experience remained positive but cooler weather was definitely nicer honestly. AND I weirdly learned not to hold on to how amazing something was and insist on trying it again because more than once this trip I wanted to try something again because I loved it so much the first time and they didn't live up to the first time (or at least of how I remembered them). Strange specific little observation there ahah How did you yourself find it?
@@HanaMar3i very true, sometimes you just need to keep those first time memories sacred. I went just on a 8 hour layover so I feel like I didn’t really get to experience it. I’m going back in September, so excited to really embrace it
@@Sheridoncluse Ok yes I think September is a better time to go anyway! I recommend planning your activities before you go and also doing some research to decide on the best transportation pass for your duration and needs. I think this trip was a little more stressful because I wasn't as diligent about that before the trip so a lot of my time THERE was wasted doing it
