I ordered an M50 back in January for delivery mid-October. Was initially hoping for the LCI but looking at the UK configurator, I don't see San Remo green any more which is what I ordered. Also, wireless phone charger is no longer standard, Harmon Kardon not standard, red calipers, gloss black boot lip spoiler, 19in wheels, M-seatbelts - not standard.

How to destroy a so beautiful design? BMW did it with this new X2 2024 version. Terrible ugly, no sense to change it this way.

Bc they are meant to signify different trims? If one is performance oriented and is marketed as a mid-level performance car than it should have so differentiating designs. IMO, aesthetics of a car accounts for 50% of someone’s decision to purchase a product. If the objectively better car has the same design as the lesser model, no one will spend extra to buy it
Wonder why the grill is completely different on each variant. Diamond finish on the e40 and lines on the M50

It is a shame - this looks like a nice car and i am the owner of a 1 year old 530d touring which i bought because i wanted to get the last of the proper BMW engines. This is now way too expensive and who wants electric these days !!
Think about it: the EV can be powered from the PV on your house. Or garage. If you don't own a house - maybe one of your friends or parents does? I don't have a single friend with an oil well and a refinery at home, but I have more than a dozen with their own PVs. The individual, independent access to energy is something absolutely amazing. There's no real reason to stick to the ICE cars, besides appreciation for top engineering.

This car is fire! So aggressive, just wish the wheel options were better, as is they are dreadful and ugly. This thing needs some M4 wheels and it be perfect.
I really like the wheels I'm genuinely looking into buying this and those alloys are the top spec £1k+
