The thing is, you can fix a face if you know how. As long as it keeps the face photorealistic, that's incredible. Unfortunately, krea doesn't handle faces as well. It makes them too cartoonish. It does great with hair, but its not like magnific ai.

I've been using Magnific for several days and I've learned a lot. You haven't experimented with it enough to make a video. You barely touched upon its power. First, with that photo of your father, you should have had the "Optimized for" selected for Portraits and the creativity set to about 4 or 5. If it wasn't necessary to keep his facial details, use Films & Photography setting, along with higher creativity. The second photo should also have been rendered with Portraits. If you don't want facial expressions and details changed, always use Portraits! That way, you can also use a higher creativity set, which will add details to the rest of the image. For art, you should first run the image through an application that will remove jpg artifacts. like the one in Photoshop, for example. The two settings you should use most are Portraits (where faces are necessary to keep looking natural) and Films & Photography, which really adds clarity and details.
