I am so glad to hear someone ACTUALLY say that people can access their retirement accounts! Everyone spews the same info & insists that it's so stupid to ever cash out a 401k. Dave Ramsey loves to say that it's equivalent to paying 40% interest when you cash out a 401k. Which is not true, as it's only a 10% penalty (like you said).... And since taxes will always be paid, whether it's now or if you withdraw after 59 1/2, the taxes are irrelevant. I know you aren't "encouraging" cashing out a retirement account, but it's so great to hear a financial idea that supports a persons desire to use funds-- however makes them happy and will let them create their desired lifestyle!!

So excited to find this! I'm at the start of a true career and independence and absolutely getting lost in social media influence. Thank you for affirming the things I know to be true deep down--I don't need a life that's constantly social media ready!

As far as the exercise, I'm going to do it with clothes. I have plenty of white cotton clothes ready to personalize with dye that I have, but I've still been drawn to buy from racks! Time to make custom tanks and sports bras in my favorite colors

I completely agree with your analysis of the manipulation marketing did in the "pay what you want" aspect of the FAQ's. Also, in general, this is a good breakdown of what to look for when researching a bank - especially the point about not getting sucked in by marketing, the first few pages, but looking at the fine print, and deeper into the FAQ'S. Please do more: Chime, Fidelity CMA, etc.
