I can't figure out why you keep making slurping and lip smacking noises over and over. Good content but the audio was like someone talking with a mouthful of peanut butter.

I have both and don’t think they can be compared at all. While both are daily trainers, the invincibles are a max cushion shoe for easy runs and the zoomflys are a plated shoe for workouts and long runs

I had the same issue with the Clifton 9’s. I love the design, but it’s a little too snug (medium). However, after getting the wide version of the Hokas, all is peachy and very happy with my purchase.

we think and are similar in that I am thinking about racing in my zoom fly 5 (kipchoge colours) and probably they will be enough because I will not get any faster than 4.20 pace per km. had alphaflies and sold them for about 100 dollars and got a second hand zoom flies for about 70 dollars. only wore alphaflies twice in two years whereas I think I will probably wear zoom flies more for speedwork as you mentioned.

Great content. I’m using the Zoom Fly 5 and at 58 I’m only running the 5km at 27:07. I’ve picked up a small injury on my right heel fat pad as I’m a heel striker. I’m thinking of buying the invincible for my training runs 3 times a week and just using my Fly 5’s on race day as I want to get under 25:00 without getting injured. I’m enjoying my running having gone from 105kgs to 78kgs by walking over 8 years and only returned to running aged 57

Hello brother, I wear 8us (9.5w) shoes. I don't know if you do too, but it would be very uncomfortable if I bought them half a size smaller in 9w? My foot measurement is approximately 26cm and I have that doubt because the box says it is 26cm long.
