Chest and Back Workout
A chest-and-back superset workout lets you move challenging weights; you'll wind up doing major movements, such as bench presses and rows, and by lifting heavy weights, you'll spur your body towards muscle growth.
If you're concerned about whether it's safe to train back and chest on the same day, rest assured, it's totally safe and is considered a very common training split. Exercises can be done safely if you manage the number of training sets, the intensity of weights, the difficulty of sets, and rest times appropriately.

The absolute best variation for pullovers. I just started using a tricep bar for pullovers, and am amazed at the lat and chest activation without any shoulder discomfort.

@@Began2011 Oh sorry. I didn't know they only shipped in UK. I checked their faq and it says they hope to do international deals in the future. They seem to sale the standard swiss bar more than the olympic so there is definitely a market. Hopefully as the swiss bar takes hold and gathers more popularity, other manufacturers around the world make standard swiss bars easier to come by.

I have not tried this so honestly I would not be able to provide a definite answer regarding that. I suppose it could work but the position of the arms would be higher than when using a straight bar.

Great video! You did a great job of illustrating proper form doing a variety of exercises with the hammer bar. I love the hammer bar because I have an injured tendon in my left hand and the neutral grip allows me to workout with a lot less pain. Unfortunately, there's only a handful of video's on the different hammer bar workouts so it thrilled me to see yours. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge. Thank you much! :D
