Thanks. I used epoxy putty to fill the gaps between the body and parts. Then I drilled holes into the sculpted areas and inserted wires into them. I hope this will help you.

Thanks. I usually use such Japanese solvent-based paints as Mr. Color by GSI Creos.(www.mr-hobby.com) To paint a set of armor, first I paint the parts in gross black. Then, I paint them in silver. Finally, I paint them in clear colors to do washing. If I want aged-armor look, I use clear blue and brown.

Bendable fingers! That's a great idea. I try to come up with a better way to make it. Due to the recent increase in the tariff rate, the price of Neca figures has increased here in Japan.

The ball joint parts I used for Big Chap are sold by Yellow Submarine in Japan. www.yellowsubmarine.jo.jp This company produces a lot of joint parts for customizing action figures. They are about 700 Japanese yen . I tried to look for them for you in Amazone, but I didn't find them. You might ask a distributor which imports Japanese hobby items.

Big Chap is my all-time favorite movie monster. I'll keep customizing this fig until I get fully satisfied.

@@VCHOWFigures Mine as well, I have a army of big chaps around me😁 still my personal favoraiteis the Figma Takeya Takeyuki Arranged version; strated to repeinat him recently, not bc I dislike him more the opposite, my favorite figure I have! but tbf to Neca their 40th anniversary colllection is awesome... I have them all😅 all Big Chaps they released since 2019

@@VCHOWFigures I ordered mine quite recently from Japan, new & boxed. It was just 70€ + shipment + Vat it was 100€ in the end, quite expensive no doubt but still at least 40€ less than the cheapest figma I could find on European sites. And I just love it so zero regrets😁
