I would say at this point, if you want to buy a BMW just budget for all the maintenance yourself. Especially if the previous owner worked on it themselves, it's a good idea to just redo all the basic preventative maintenance. Gaskets, water pump, etc.
nice dive
Not true you got taken cause you can buy exactly the same parts for half that just w/o BMW logo second you own a BMW you have to know how to work on them otherwise your where your at LoL 😉😉😉 get a Honda or Toyota brother.
Looks like you’ve been color grading
The TOR TINOOOOOOS
did you get toothpaste?
good job cleaning your keyboard lololol
u Fucking Wrong boy!
How do u raise it? My rear is too low now with bigger tires and it is rubbing? Is it the opposite way of how u lowered it or does that mess with spring tension?
Yaaaaaa
08 328i 🤷🏻♂️ built my wallet
I have a question that may sound dumb, so don't bash me too hard. My son and I just installed BC coil overs on his G35 (as well as replaced all bushings with the Energy Suspension master bush kit) , and the lower part of the shock threads onto the body, so in order to lower it without changing any spring load, we had to unbolt the shock from the lower control arm and spin the lower part of the shock up the body. My question is, are these shocks different, or did we go through a bunch of extra work to accomplish the goal? Hoping you BR Racing shock guys can shed some light on this. I will say... that damned car rides awesome now. What a difference.
You did it correctly. This video in my eyes adjusted height and impacted load rate. Negatively
To me it sounds like you are describing the process of lowering the rear end. On my car the rear end shock needs to be unbolted in order to spin but in the front it can stay bolted on while changing ride height
That’s not how camber works please tell me you’re joking and you didn’t install it that way….😮
Have a modded 335i.You have to know all the issues with these cars and get them sorted.Once that is done, they are pretty good.Engines are strong, plastic parts a pain in the arse.
ty for this bro u helped me out, simple and straight forward i hope your pillow is cold on both sides and u ace any quizes u have coming up ty
too much effort, someone should design a coil over that can be adjusted from the engine bay
i disliked only to be the first, sorry brother great video tho
Bought a 335i 1 hour later check engine light coil pack went out 💀
i bought less than a week check engine came out for no reason

saved me time thank youuu

My fan comes off & on continuously and eventually will show overheat around 200F and becomes limp mode. The car only has 33k original miles. Any ideas?
If I change the height of my car do I have to get an alignment ?
My opinion is 1 inch lower won't change alignment much. Also, I personally raise mine back up for the winter. If you're on stock suspension switching to coilovers, I would get an alignment.
My speakers were glued into the brackets…
I think that's my problem with my car right now. It's in the shop right now. Dos bell cost me 600 bucks for 2 of them.😢. Too much money.
do you need to spooring again after changing the ride height ?
Do you need to do alignment each time you adjust the heights?
Isn’t it due to the motion ratio that if you adjust the coilovers for example an inch the distance adjusted on the outside would be 2 inches.??
I need to replace mine too! Thanks for this
Could you provide a video of how to adjust the rear? I have a 335xi and it’s different for rear wheel drive e90’s
Shot compositions are dope
It’s giving twilight
my 335i i filled up every 4 days to week $70-80
That don’t make sense , I have a e90 335i that gets 27 mpg hwy 22 city and I do top end pulls
@@ForzaPulls I’m currently getting 16.3mpg 08 335i e90. I’ve never gotten above 17 mpg. And that’s with normal bmw driving like not all crazy like. Currently trying some liquid moly additives but we’ll see
Hi, do drift cars use coilovers in their system?

Did the limbo go away by itself once you fixed it or did you have to clear the code?
Great video! Appreciate the insight. These cars are great, you just need to be aware and do your forum research with maintenance items. I tip my hat to you for doing the work yourself. I'd love to learn, but I simply don't have the time or the facilities, so I intend on paying for the convenience. Another note I'd add: Spend the $ on a Pre-Purchase Inspection! This can save your wallet and your peace of mind knowing that you are stepping into a car that is not only well maintained, but matches the carfax. It can also save you on dealer fees to confirm or hold them accountable for work that they claim to have done. In doing so, you can also plan/prepare for maintenance items so it doesn't break the bank when it happens. If there's too much damage, or you can't get a fair deal, you step away from the car knowing you only spent $250 at your local BMW dealer. Win/Win in my book.
