I just can’t deal with Mike Wang. The thing I hate about 2k is the shot meter cause the green window is so small and he said you have to make your shots perfectly in order for it to go in which makes me mad and he also said that shooting slump doesn’t affect your shooting which it does. I have a 91 3 ball and when i be playing rec I be shooting full bars everytime and i still be missing. Last game i shot 5 for 23 from three in Rec. They should’ve kept the shot meter the same as 2k22. I like the shot meter on 2k22 better than 2k24 cause it’s the same as 2k23.

Not even gon lie I went back to live 19 bc of consistently seeing hot fixes n shooting changing every 5 sec I got a 6'8 wing scorer that does it all shoot defend playmaker everything n diff have to pay to get him to a 80 hell in 3 games I was a 82 I started as a 80 if EA ever mess around and drop a update for that game wit current rosters n everything 2k would be fucked fr so if anyone every need a teammate on NBA live 19 @ me and ill hop on fuck 2k btw 😂😂😂

How do you manage on defense is it really just strategy? I’ve used this on the 3v3 in builder harden just uses his off hand and blows by me every time
The builder games are nothing compared to what u can do for real. Get 50 stars and put burly body type on and u can just get into people and give them work on defense

Maaan I HATE this game and the company. The game is broken and we’re all having the same problems. When did they put in the Caspar badge? They dribble through my player all the time including steals go through my hands. I’ll pump fake and the defender would be in the air and still stuck to me like a magnet. I still get moved out of bounds by them. My blocks (all ball) are fouls. Hit the steal button once and he’s trying to suplex the damn ball handler. I could go all day… Gotta boycott they ass and someone else make a game

This is why quit playing 2k24. Every game its the same sh*t. They update the game and end up making it worse. Every single year. The only year where updates made the gameplay better was NBA 2k21, which still had a plethora of problems. But im done with a game where you cant even hit a shot because the green window is so inconsistent and then on top of all that it is "green or miss."

lay Up Meter & Dunk Meter The Worst Release it in green and the meter a go away and youll miss
Always remember the contest window is open until the ball leaves your hands. Try using two step or spin cycle to get some extra space
Another thing i noticed is after an update my shot gets a little faster or slower. If i consistently see slightly early all the time i just go in the jumpshot and speed the shot up a tad to compensate for 2k trying to hoe me lol. Every update it changes
This skill gap is tearing ppl up. If you can’t shoot get better or make a slasher. Slashing ain’t easy either. Make a lock, well try fighting through hella screens all game lol. Make a big. You not gonna be able to go up easily, shot close is broken. Well it seems to me that there is a skills gap in all aspects. The skill gap is hurting folks lol

We all knew this was happening and still bought the game. So we are all on the same even playing field, either get good with what you got or suffer. Yes, it would make sense for them to make a game that’s good out the box but this is 2k. We knew this already. Understand the mechanics and do your part. Eventually it’ll click for you or 2k will make its 89th update and correct YOUR issue but have thousands of others still mad lol

I deal with this in myteam where when i shoot free throws it goes up crazy with x but normal with the analog and some times vise versa im not sure if thats how its suppose to work but its annoying to not know if im suppose to press x or analog to not get this weird shot glitch

@OfficialTroy2K yea when shooting the free throw the free thow meter goes fast and says late shot timing but then when you shot when the analog it shoots normal but it sucks that it switches sometime mostly online not so much as offline...id suggest try shooting with the analog and see if the shot changes or is effect in mycareer in anyway if your a button shooter if your comfortable shooting all your shots with the analog for science
