You'd be surprised how well the creatures in the deck can hold back the opponent from attacking face or jace. Jace's plus 1 is there to help control the board if you really need it. I can get behind adding another nonland permanent bounce. Nice thing about aether channeler is one extra utility of using a -4 on jace and then bouncing him back to the hand to play again for 4 mana and -5 . Might be a better strat than the mill juggernaut tbh. The counterspells definitely need work. Put some extra in the maybeboard. That one that can tap two creatures sounds promising. I really pushed for 2 mana counters because being able to get out a creature on turn 4 or 5 and hold up a counterspell is very useful for the deck. I feel cheated playing a 3 mana counter lmao. Have not played with flood valley caller, eddymurk crab and lost in the maze. Would like some testing to see how they perform. I actually don't see the crab performing well. Think it needs to trigger like 4 times to make it worth it, which sounds hard to do. Flood valley caller can flash in Jace, which is nice. Don't think that is worth the card slot in the deck. I could be wrong. Season of weaving with flash does sound insane. Would love to see games of people trying that out. Lost in the maze I can see potential as a finisher card. Giving you two turns to play jace sounds back-breaking for the opponent. I'd be on board for that. Blast zone isn't a bad include. Liliana -6 is very scary for the deck. That is one of the better ways to deal with her. I'm not totally on board though. You REALLY need the lands. I have played this deck many times before and there have been so many times where I NEED to draw a land to win. That's why I include 26 lands, despite the mana curve. Sometimes you have to really on JUST Jace, which means you need 7-8 lands to win. Still, love the ideas. I have seen people build this deck in a few different ways. I do find that I win most of those games though :D. They can't handle the flash creatures lmao. They add in a lot more draw spells. I prefer the more creature-heavy version.Those rare times you win by damage are hilarious.

@@monzano00 I get where you’re coming from, you’re trying to make the deck as efficient & effective as possible and that’s a hard feat when you don’t really know what you’ll be facing. Floodvalley is just more that Jace and weaving! Flashing in kitnap on the attack while having the options for counters is a huge advantage, not to mention giving your birds, otters, frogs and rats Sudo prowess + vigilance. If you manage to pair it with kitsa it becomes a ‘loot, untap, copy or loot’ option in the deck and that’s insane value. The good thing about eddymurk is the scales with the instant/ sorcery’s in the yard (which by turn 3/4 you have a few in there) and effectively ‘fogs’ an attack step while presenting a big body to either act as a deterrent or threat! It will take some tinkering because flash is always a hard balance of on and off turns which always comes down to the match up you’re playing

Ah I mistook eddymurk crab for that 3 mana milling desperado. You right. That is a good include. Solid suggestions overall.
