It was about 150-160 i think. Didnt run dyno.

does your boost gauge do the same thing even if its not that cold? just got a ttid and saw that boost is showing near the middle of the white bar (almost straight up) when sat idle... dont know if this is normal or a fault?
Turbo gauge arrow shows not only boost pressure, but also vacuum. Mine sats a little bit lower than in the middle, when engine idle. By the way with new set of glow plugs engine starts much better.

You must have worn out glow plugs or weak fuel, when my temperature was -16°C I started my TTiD the first time.

No, the problem was in steering gear box.

Replaced steering box by waranty, some inner parts power steering system were broken.

2014 ? So yours is SL model, in video its QL model 2016. It has different power assist system. You can same clicking sound from strut mounting bearing if you drive it without repair can brake your front springs.
