The name "kolancu" stands for "Korean language, literature, and culture."
This channel is devoted to helping people understand Korean like Koreans. This channel introduces grammatical points and speaking styles by a variety of example sentences. Korean literary pieces will be also introduced to help students experience a wider range of semantic and syntactic construction.
The language acquisition can be completed with understanding the culture of the society where it is spoken. So this channel deals with Korean culture as well. Korean nature and the living styles of Koreans will be introduced too.

Do you know how to make an appointment in Korean? Learn 약속하다 and 야속하다 and others.
Learn Korean language and culture from a qualified teacher. Go to www.preply.com and search Sunghee Lee under Korean tutor. I am an author and an experienced teacher. I am currently teaching Korean language to students from other countries online. It is really exciting to be with people in classes from other countries.
I have doctorate degree, and have been a professor at a university in Korea and still am a professor for an online language program. While serving for the university, I taught Korean language to exchange students and professors from other countries. I wrote doctorate dissertation in Korean. You can also learn some hard vocabulary and complicated Korean sentence structures from me. Because Korean language is a phonetic language, the sounds of words matter. The grammar also heavily depends on the sounds. I teach these sound effects for students' better understanding of Korean grammar. I hope my channel will be a help for those who want to learn Korean language.

안녕하세요 선생님 🌱 선생님 이 문장에서 '그러세요' 는 무슨 뜻이에요? '스웨터를 사고 싶은데요. 그러세요? 어떤 스웨터를 찾으세요? 이쪽에 스웨터가 많으니까 천천히 구경하세요.' 감사합니다 🥹 🙏🏻
'그러세요?'는 a question으로서 '그렇게 생각하시나요? Do you think so?'를 뜻합니다. 그리고 when it's a statement, it means '그렇게 하세요' please do so 라는 뜻입니다. 감사합니다.

Sir may i ask what books or writings you have published? I would love to read them as I've noticed in your video description you have said you are an author.
Thank you for asking. My book is Amazon Kindle book. So it is not easy to read through and to find the part you want to study. I am thinking of publishing a paper book after editing. For the time being, study other Korean books. There are a lot out there. 감사합니다.
