Raspberry Chipotle Steak
Recipe:
Chipotle Steak
Ingredients:
Tri-Tip Steak cut into strips
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Kosher Salt
Pepper
1 bottle Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Directions:
Start the Barbeque. While it is getting hot, sprinkle each side of the tri-tip steak strips with Montreal seasoning, Kosher salt, and pepper. Cook the tri-tip on the Barbeque until the meat is rare (do not over cook!) Let the meat rest for about 5-10 minutes, then cut the strips into ½ inch pieces. In a large frying pan pour about ½ - 1 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and add some of the steak pieces, do not over fill the pan, you may need to do this in three or four batches. Adding more sauce as needed, being careful not to burn the sauce. Sauté steak pieces, just until medium. Let the meat rest for about 10 minutes before serving.

Cooking at the Kraus House - Artisan Bread
So lovely but it's only moari bread with the traditional bug starter as mentioned. This is just lovely bread.
So nice to see you on here Linda. It's been years since I've seen you. I still remember babysitting for you when your children were young. You still look so young and beautiful. oxox
Why didn’t you show the potato sourdough starter??
Rewena Bread is amazing, if you ever do get to try it made with potato yeast 😱 OMG.. Another Maori bread is Fry Bread..🤤🤤 Aunty is on fire here making the mean feed.
10/10 yum … I needed to use a lot of extra flour after I stirred dry and wet together…(0n the table while kneading) and after resting for 20 min (I used more flour again)BUT IT TURNED OUT PREMO
So lovely, Thank you
Thank you for your beautiful knowledge of making the best bread in the world Whaea Tino pai
I made it after watching this. Linda you are special thank you for sharing. The bread was perfect. I didn’t use the rewena recipe instead used yeast just like you suggested. Easy as. Tastes amazing
Kia Ora Whaea, Im Maori and return home from living a jump away from Aotearoa and first thing I wanted was our Maori bread and my beautiful sister made heaps for my arrival... Thank you for sharing, its simple yet the best with Real Butter 😉 Take care again Thankyou
Best bread in the world and the best grandma too! ❤
Beautiful you make it look so easy thanks
This is beautiful, thank you for making and sharing this video❤
Love it Paula! Thanks for doing grandmas rolls 🥰
Hey ladies, you forgot to cut a slice to show us the crumb.
That would have been a great idea! Sorry we didn’t think of that.
Ive been to New Zealand a few times. An absolute beautiful island and the kindest people ive ever met!!
"Otherwise Your arm will fall off" Yep definitely sounds just like my nan🤣🤣🤣
YOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
I just baked a loaf thank you!
so using yeast still has the same distinct flavour as using potato stater?
@@martiekraus2527 i heard what she said, I don't believe it would have the same distinct flavour as Maori bread. Using yeast without the potato starter just can't be called Maori bread, Rēwena bread.
@@martiekraus2527 No disrespect to anyone; I've made many breads with yeast and none of it has that distinct Rēwena flavour. I'm sorry, I feel Maori bread is a potato sour dough, using yeast powder is not the same.
@@martiekraus2527 I asked a simple question which was't answered. Your the one that came in hot and bothered and couldn't answer the question I asked.
No way it would taste the same!

Growing up as Urban Maori in Aucklands eastern suburbs my Mum would always cook this bread brings back great Memories 😉 Fantastic
What sweet friendship. Loved it as much as learning about the bread.
Kia ora Auntie Linda, what a lovely surprise to see you sharing the making of moari bread for friends and family. Bringing whanau together with beautiful kai. It's wonderful to see our fellow american friends on the other side of the world enjoying the aroha that comes from sharing a piece of our heritage, which I am so proud of. Watching you prepare your bread brings me fond and loving childhood memories of my mum, aunties and nana preparing their rewena bread for the dinner table. You look amazing, its been almost 35 years since we last met in our hometown of Auckland, New Zealand, you have not changed at all.
❤️❤️❤️
How sweet is this lady❤️❤️❤️

If any way you could pass on the info to her that would be awesome! Love to see her again and find out if she knows some of my family.
