Why went with a 12V system a 24/ 48V system is much more efficient. This rover 100A controller can handle 5000W of solar for the 48v and 2500W for 24V system, you also would not have need these many thicker cable to connect al the batteries in parallel. And for those voltages can easily convert to 12v if needed using simple buck converters. All now all in one systems like the EG4 6000XP is a great choice. Just suggestion. All systems are good as long as they work. All the best!!

get one of those mini chainsaws or better yet a battery powered pole saw, it's an investment in your safety.

I have a mini chainsaw, but I'm not sure my husband trusts me not to saw a hand off in the middle of the woods! Lol. I use a hand saw when I'm walking and I come back with cuts on my hands!

@@Vaughansonthego in that case a battery Pole saw is better because you use both hands on it and use a sweeping motion on the eye pokers of the branches, also the pole saw comes in 3 pieces and if you only use two of then its lighter and easy use to clean up those eye pokers of them branches.

Is that an RV-type occasional boiler with no Flu? if it is it's a definite no-no for any dwelling - it's really dangerous

Thanks for pointing that out! You’re absolutely right-safety is so important with any system. Our current setup is a temporary solution while we work on a more permanent option. We’re keeping safety in mind by only using the heater when the large double barn doors doors are open to ensure ventilation. Stay tuned for our future, premiant water heater install.

Thanks for watching and sharing your feedback. As an entertainment channel, we focus on sharing our journey and experiences rather than providing detailed step-by-step instructions. There were moments in the video where we might not have followed best safety practices or had to make do without ideal tools. For any project, we always recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure the best results. We hope the video inspired you, and we truly appreciate your support! Sam & Lori.

Intro was very long. Most viewers leave after a few seconds if it's not immediately interesting. That doesn't mean it needs clickbait, but if you're not in it in those first few seconds, they won't stick around for you. I also caught the misspelling of porcupine place. Video could've benefitted from being significantly shorter. Audio could've been better. Less echoey. Keep creating!

Thanks for sharing your story. I can tell you that we have meet a lot of folks on the road since we went full-time that have come to this life from a place of personal tragedy. For you it was a cancer scare, for us it was the loss of our daughter. When these things happen it reminds us of how precious life is, and we no longer want to waste it on things that in the end don't really matter. As for your friends thinking your crazy... Yep, we have that too. It's hard for them to understand the new outlook on life that you have after going through your challenge. However, don't let their thoughts deter you from your dreams. You'll find ways to make it work just as we have. Lastly, while we certainly are not a big successful channel, but we've learned a few things along the way. Also I have over 25 years of knowledge in video production as that is our main business. So if you have questions feel free to reach out, we are always open on willing to share what we've learned. You got this guys! You might not have all the answers right now, but you'll figure it out along the way.
