Don't do this to yourself, please. Your body doesn't deserve it and whatever people throw at you you don't deserve. You deserve the whole world. Btw, please don't do SH...I've done it before and I've learned that once you do it once, you can't stop the urges. I've learned of a technique to stop them though. Draw butterflies on the cvts and after, name each one after someone you love and care about. The point here is that if you cvt where a butterfly is, the butterfly dies, and the person you named it after dies as well (not literally, but you get what I'm saying?)
