Even with the GOD mode cheat on at lv 100 The End almost NEVER shows up and Selphie is pretty much pure CRAP WITHOUT it I'll still only fight Diablos Zell Selphie Squall ALL at lvs over 30 to draw Flare/Holy off of it with the GOD mode cheat on Diablos can pretty much NEVER kill you.

Zell's Limit Break Duel also works well in Boss Battles like the Diablos one. You can just repeat all his TECHS such as Punch Rush, Booya, Heel Drop, Mach Kick, and Dolphin Blow. In fact, you can use some of his later TECHS even without his Combat King Magazines! Just have to know what the inputs are! Selphie's Limit Break SLOT is really good because it has "Full-Cure" and also "The End". The End is basically an INSTAKILL but it WORKS on BOSSES! Also, for Diablos, the FIRST ability you WANT to LEARN for him is "Mug". You'll NEED that throughout the game! Oh! There's a way to MANIPULATE the Queen Of Card's RNG too: Interact with Draw Points different numbers of times then challenge her! Fuzz actually went over this in his! That can also alter the place she goes to! Just make sure she doesn't use the "Direct" Rule!

If you want any Elnoyle Cards use the MOI Guy in Balamb Garden(I actually went over this in Fuzz's streams many times)! For some reason he seems to play that PARTICULAR card a lot! He also plays other strong level 5-6 cards like Ruby Dragon, Blue Dragon, T-Rexaur, etc.! Elnoyle is the real big one though! That's very essential to getting Squall's LION HEART on Disc 1 right after Tomb Of The Unknown King!

Note to self : always use limit breaks only after having manually taken the character THE CLOSEST POSSIBLE TO THE TARGET, F**K !!!!!!!!!!!

Ice + Elemental on weapon is good for both Whispers and Sephiroth ... the three whispers absorb fire, lightning and wind, but none is resistant to ice, and in some phases Sephiroth is weak against ice magic. I checked some forums and web pages, and looks like that the only thing that determines who joins Cloud is who kills the most whispers during the previous fights, and also who gives the killing blow to the Harbinger (the whispers boss) ... and no ! the cutscenes with Barret / Red XIII do not count.

Saw the streaming starting but was at work and couldn't watch, will do now, curious about your way of handling Sephiroth on Hard. I couldn't be bothered with the bike session in hard, skipped it, the one on standard difficulty was annoying enough, and contrary to the one from chapter 4 there is no trophy here.

For Rufus in Hard mode: Triple Slash / Punisher on the dog until he is down, block Rufus' attacks until Cloud has two ATBs, Sleep on Rufus, when he is sleeping hit him with a Braver and that'll stagger him in one hit ... than punisher or Limit and Rufus dies.

For Jenova Dreamweaver i gave Tifa Gotterdammerung and Time linked to Warding ... Cloud and Aerith with Protecting boots. But you are on the Intergrade version right ? You could try Weiss the immaculate in the simulator and get two more Gotterdammerung

I tried a cheat code from Save Wizard which gives five Chain Bangles ... just as a test, i kept that save but not using it. I always give that armor to Tifa though, since she needs to stay in close range. And, yes, the Chain Bangle is in the chest right before the Brainpod.

Nearly all of its attacks do 99,999 each so you either need to abuse quick hits for 99,999 damage until it dies and NEVER takes a cheat or Cheap 1 Shot IT with Zanmato since nothing is immune to it. Shinryu is the ONLY super boss that can't DIE from Zanmato since Yuna can't ever be in the party against it.
