Dobrý deň, mám taký pocit že nejakých 90% vecí som kupoval v Motorene. Iba zopár drobností som kupoval na Motozolzso.sk a u miestneho predajcu dielov. Budem veľmi rád ak Vám moje video pomôže 🙂 v prípade akýchkoľvek otázok ma môžete kontaktovať a skúsim Vám pomôcť.

Taky jsem složil ,takový šrot a dal jsem si ,na tom poctivě záležet.Ale motor neměl výkon,prim.ozub.kolo 12 zubů,ale vyměnil jsem celý karburátor a je to ,o mnoho lepší.

Hello. You can recognize the engine easily by the clutch. If you remove the plastic clutch cover on the side of engine, you will see a two drums. If the rear one is welded together with shaft, then you have one speed engine (always in 2nd gear). Also some of the one speed engines don't have pouring and draining plug, because they don't have a transmission, they don't need oil and have a dry case. But just some of them are like that, some of them have oil or grease in case... If the engine is two speed, it will look like in my video.

Ďakujem veľmi pekne! 🙂 Niekto peknú patinu zničí, ja keď môžem tak ju zachraňujem, a som veľmi rád že to niekto vie oceniť! Určite bude na mojom YT kanále aj viac videí s patinovkami, keďže viacero kúskov v mojej zbierke je práve v pôvodnom stave, a aj včera som domov priniesol vývozovú 05ku, ročník 1964 v úplne pôvodnom stave, ktorá bude potrebovať trošku lásky. 🙂

Ďakujem veľmi pekne za komentár! Samozrejme, ak by to záležalo na mne, tak by minimálne tá jedna v zachovalejšom stave ostala ako patinovka, to som aj navrhoval pani pre ktorú som ich robil... Ale keďže ona ich dávala robiť pre svojich vnukov ako vianočný darček, tak chcela aby boli obe totožné, a v stave “nových” motoriek, aby sa deti medzi sebou potom nehádali. Tak som splnil jej požiadavku… Ale ak Vás zaujímajú patinovky tak si môžete pozrieť videá na mojom YT kanále kde akurát pracujem na Jawe 555, na ktorej som práve aj pôvodnú farbu zachraňoval, obnovoval linky a pod. A určite bude takých videí aj viacej, keďže sám mám v zbierke desiatky motoriek, a medzi nimi je veľké percento patinoviek. 🙂

Ďakujem veľmi pekne za komentár. 🙂 Pokiaľ si dobre spomínam tak tieto štifty mi išli povoliť bez násilia, iba cez kontra maticu. Ale ak máš problém ako píšeš tak by som určite blok motora nahrial aby sa trošku roztiahol, a potom ti štift pôjde povoliť, či už cez matice, alebo ak sa obávaš zalomenia tak ho po nahriatí chytiť zaisťovacími kliešťami čo najbližšie k bloku, a rozhýbať ho do jednej, do druhej strany a povoliť, kľudne aj streknúť nejaký redší olej/uvoľňovač ktorý sa dobre vzlína... A určite povolí.

Ďakujem za komentár. 👍 Ložiská na lepidlo dávam iba v prípade že je samotné osadenie ložiska v bloku s vôľou, a teda by sa mohlo ložisko voľne hýbať, vtedy samozrejme lepidlo zmysel má. Inak keď sú bloky v poriadku tak v tom moc zmysel nevidím, a dávam vždy ložiská takto, blok nahriať, ložisko zmraziť, voľne, bez akéhokoľvek násilia osadiť a nechať vychladnúť na izbovú teplotu, následne opatrne nahriat blok už aj s ložiskom, zmraziť čapy na kluke a vsunúť ju do ložiska- a nikdy som s tým nemal žiadny problém. Ani fabricky neviem o tom že by sa ložiská na týchto strojoch lepili, ale rád sa nechám poučiť do budúcna. 🙂

Videl som už všeličo… Ale keď som dal dole ten bočný kryt, a uvidel tam toto tak som tiež na chvíľu nechápal, ale musím uznať že sa teda bývalý majiteľ vynašiel, asi majiteľ cykloservisu, samého by ma to asi nenapadlo. 😂 Ďakujem veľmi pekne za pochvalu, aj za samotný komentár! 🙂👍

Hello, almost all the parts are available on www.motorenparts.com and jawaparts.com Motoren is a Slovak shop and JawaParts is Czech, I don’t have any problems with both of them and they are also sending worldwide. Then I ordering parts from Motozolzso.sk and Motomax.cz but I’m not sure if they are sending worldwide. 🙂

Hello. Black paint on all the parts is RAL 9005. But blue paint don’t have any equivalent in RAL code. That color was just a leftover from a car I painted in past, and it was mixed in SPIES HECKER center for I think some Mercedes, year approximately +-2004, if I remember correctly. I will try to find an original mixing paint code for you if you are interested. 🙂

Hello. That’s interesting… Does the spark plug have a strong enough, healthy spark? When you remove the spark plug from the head, is it wet, are you getting fuel? When you pour gas under the spark plug, does the engine start for the second? If yes, there is a problem only with getting fuel… If no, is the ignition set correctly? I also encountered that the new ignition coil with integrated module (GYT) that you can buy did not work. And don’t get enough spark. You need to have good spark under pressure in cylinder. Even sometimes the ignition stator itself is to blame on which the engine spred sensor (small piece encased in epoxy, with wire) fails…

Now is starting ;) it was getting fake air before carburetor... but now i have another problem... i didn't open motor before but i see that some parts on clutch side are welded together so there is no clutch at all and it's running only high rpm's. Need to order parts and do general restoration of motor...

If you want, send me some photos of engine and I will try to help you. It’s possible that you have original 1 speed engine from Babetta 215.

Ahoj. Nie je to žiadny odtieň z RAL vzorkovníku. Je to autolak miešaný podľa dielcu z nejakého auta ktoré som v minulosti robil a ktorý mi ešte vystal a ostal doma… Buď to bude Mercedes alebo Peugeot odtieň, iné autá v takejto podobnej modrej farbe ktoré som musel striekať som v poslednej dobe nerobil... Skúsim pohľadať plechovicu a keď tak ti pošlem priamo kód farby podľa ktorého ti ju namiešajú v Spies Heckeri. 🙂

Hello, almost all the parts I got from Motozolzso.sk and from part store here in my town. Yes, 300€ in parts was for both of these. But it’s not everything… Restoration of one of these without labor was I think around 500-550€ with everything you can see in all the videos I have on my channel. 🙂

Hello. Yes I just knock the shaft out, You might see it better in part 3 of this restoration on my channel where I put it back together. On my bikes it’s came out without any problems. But You maybe have it seized/rusted inside of frame. Try to penetrate it good with some WD-40 or similar, get some pliers and try to twist it. Tap it with hammer or heat it with torch and it’s maybe help you to come loose. 🙂

Hello. Yes, the speedometer cable just drop in. It’s really possible that it is just rusted inside. But I don’t know that if it’s help something when you disassemble it. I don’t know if you get to it. Try to penetrate it with some WD40 or something similar and try to pull it out somehow.

@@ZecoRestoration alright, thanks. Been soaking it in WD40 for few days, tried to pull it with tweezers since no pliers reach it. Have to find ones that fit so I can get a good pull.

And you have original “Jikov” made carburetor? Or aftermarket? Inside in carb, at bottom you have float. And also needle valve. It’s very possible if it’s sits for longer time that all the fuel has evaporated. Valve dried in open position and now it’s always pouring out fuel. Or if someone before you done something with carb it’s possible that they bent/punched trough float and now its fuel level too high. You need to clean it properly. And check out that float. If it’s punched you can easily solder it. And bend it back.

It's idling gear. If you turn it it's disengage engine and then you can simply pedal like on a bicycle and the motor is fully disconnected. Or for easier start, if you don't turn it completely, you can pedal few times on the bike and the idling gear will activate itself. But I personally don't use it...
