Should you shoot work out videos in 1080p or 4K?
Both are good
1. Focus on the muscle being worked out. 2. Highlight the struggle. 3. Creativity with the angles. Be different. 4. Use slow motion (change the settings in the camera! 60fps+ ) 5. Audio matters. With transitions and beat drops of the song. 6. Use a physical signature, so people know it's your work. Good video man!
