Rust hole on driver's frame rail?

Very nice car, but is it a true SS? Regular Impala trim on the rear. No wheel arch trim. Regular Impala grill. Radio antenna is on the front fender like a regular Impala. Why are the vent window crank handles missing? Why is it sitting like it has big block springs in the front? Don't get me wrong, I love the color and the car, but that price for this car is a tad high.......but I'm not the one selling nor buying

My Sierra isn't that boring. Plus that 5.3 is pretty fun and it's practical for work. Only downside is 12 mpg.
