@@OhtaniDaily I did that, made no difference, seller said I should have asked more questions. To me it means seller deliberately withheld such information hoping for someone trusting like me to come along. All eBay items I've seen have sellers specifically mentioning the flaws of their items. But this seller doesn't think he's been dishonest and instead blames me for not asking. Oh well...

Seller didn't even entertain asking Royal Mail to compensate. He said I should have asked more due diligence questions. Essentially admitting the cracks were already present and victim blamed me. Granted I perhaps should have asked but an honest seller would have shown the cracks and not deliberately hide them and wait for buyers to ask right? Anyway, I left a dishonest seller feedback and he's reported me because I didn't ask due diligence questions are his exact words.

Yes, it is very compact so it is easy to store and carry in the car. It does not feel as strong as the usual roofing type ladders but it has done the job so far for me
