Yes those are coming out super soon. I’ve been trying to make them as cheap as possible while still keeping them competitive and competent at the armory. Currently the powers there and the prices are $140, $110, and $190 respectively. I think the prices are also pretty good I just wish freaking Round the Table cards didn’t cost so freaking much!

Okay that’s what I thought because I’ve made these mistakes in the past with Commanders. Thanks @undergroundmonorail for clearing that up.

Unfortunately no other gameplays were done with this deck. I decided after this video to move to Classic Constructed but I do have a Blitz decklist for this deck and a CC one if you’re interested in them.

Yes you can say something like “Okay before you take your damage I have a reaction” and you can then play your reaction.

The last two Star Wars Unlimited Decklists I did. The decklists should be in the description but I might’ve forgotten to put them there with school being so busy lately.

I love Cowboys and the Wild West but this set was basically a commander set that’s also standard legal. Oh, and by the way, these creatures wear Cowboy hats and, like you said, ride on worse Crew creatures.

Thank you! I didn’t want to say it. I do like some of the commanders like Akul and Tinybones and I like that Goldvein Hydra and the reprints. Besides that, this set, like most standard sets in the last couple of years, sucks.

But it is, in a sense, a budget deck, as it has replacements for all those expensive cards. So my thumbnail isn’t that misleading either as it does show those expensive cards upfront and demonstrate that it’s a budget deck if you want it to be.

Also congrats on the pull! I bought 4 mystery boosters as a birthday present to myself a few months ago and I pulled one too it was the best feeling I ever had cracking packs!

So you just open two packs, get three of each basic land, and shuffle them all together. You also don’t look at any of the cards so you never know what you might pull. And lastly, with it being a casual unofficial format, you get one free mulligan if that matters.

I hope this game lasts forever because I want everybody who loves Star Wars and grew up on it to enjoy it and the amazing gameplay as much as I do.

​@@tablegamestcgThe ramp spell and Emrakul were pretty egregious. With things like fetchable dryad arbors, or even in modern/legacy with discard outlets, decks in commander are always wanting more ways to cultivate, rampant growth, kodama's reach etc and this is just better if you fetch for arbor, while decks like Tron and Urza in their respective formats can turbo put emrakul as easily as Turn 3 with a discard outlet, a semi uncounterable threat that can be killed by conventional means is nothing to scoff at. The Ajani can flip very easily and then start pinging AND making bodies. Tiny bones is beint talked about in CEDH and Vintage to grab back lotus's and mana rocks etc. Its just all mindset and format knowledge and what to pair it with. MH sets always break something and almost every rare and mythic see's play in every format from those sets.

Ok I get the last three cards but I didn’t rip on any of them. I only ripped on the new ramp spell that I just don’t think green needs. However I do realize that it’s a pretty good card that didn’t deserve to be ripped on.

@@tablegamestcg You didn't really rip on anything. I just said you kinda overlooked and evaluated them poorly and didn't really take different formats into account.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn’t really talk about Tiny Bones but it seems like a great card for prerelease weekend and far beyond. Can’t wait for more crazy cards from Modern Horizons 3. Even though I made some mistakes in the video I still hope you enjoyed watching it.

Yeah power creep is the only way new MTG stuff stays relevant with its inconsistency in mechanics.

Thanks a lot. I imagine it isn’t the best Voja build but using the cards I got I think that it’s a fairly good deck list. I’ll try to put more of these kinds of videos up. Hopefully at least one per set.

I read it right. You can Collect Evidence 10 to cast your other spells. I think that’s good in Commander but considering its price tag that’s the only place it’s really good in. Maybe it finds a combo deck it works in down the road but I think you can only really set it up really well in a format like commander.

I may have read it wrong in the video, I don’t remember, but either way the card is very mediocre and only really playable in Commander.

@@tablegamestcg doesn't seem like every card should be weighed as if it was for each format. they have to print cards that are bad for some formats! would you rather they print mh sets every 3 months?

Thanks to the Humble I played I could’ve blocked the Vipox. There probably was a way around it to where he could still kill me on turn 1 but we just couldn’t see every line. Trying to get better at this game every day to be able to see those lines. Thanks for pointing that out.

I thought because Double Strike banished itself from the combat chain it didn’t count as a link on the combat chain when Spring Tidings ability went off?

Yeah. The deck is a beast and Spring Tidings is the backbone of it. I’m so glad equipment can deal with the worst of Benji. Hope you enjoyed the gameplay.

I can say with confidence after playing it in pre-release, it’s not strong. By the time you get it out the free casting of stuff is good but unless you get some sort of draw engine going you’re not going to be able to take advantage of it. Again it’s a card I imagine will only really see play in Commander.

Yeah most of the cards in this set just seem to be fun build around cards for commander.

@@tablegamestcg to be honest, that's what I want out of MTG. It goes back to their roots of telling stories with their cards and having fun more than making power set after power set. Small, contained stories feel better after these huge multiversal interconnected super-narratives from the last what, 5 years? Maybe 10? I want it to be fun, more than competitive. I also miss the idea of finding the one card that has a crazy rules interaction and fits in a modern deck or shatters the meta of commander or vintage because it was made for, and is merely good in, standard. An example would be something like fynn the fang bearer, fun card, fairly good. Obnoxious as a commander. End your commander games in 5 turns or less if unanswered. I assume he was merely okay, I wasn't paying attention to the modern brackets.

Yeah I miss good standard cards. I like the grounded stuff to a point but I still like growth in the game which competitive does really well. I wish Wizards did it like LSS. Good playable cards, small but not too small lore, and a good competitive setting. I just wish Wizards made good cards for more formats than just commander. I know I complain about this game a lot but it’s just because I love it, I know what I want out of it to make it better for me, and appeal to more people. Competitive is a part of it but in the end it’s good playable for all of the formats. If LSS can do it I hope and know Wizards can too.

The way I look at it this is a great draft set but the issue with the set is the mechanics. I just don’t personally believe theres enough support for the mechanics to where you can make good competitive deck. However, when it comes to building a fun NEW commander deck I agree this set is good. The legendary creatures are really good and the mechanics are really fun to build around.

I’m glad to see people enjoying this set. Especially in limited. I get what you’re saying with power creep, I just wish this set was a fun outside of limited as Ravnica Remastered was.

Pre-release with this set is a blast. I just wish this set was as fun to play outside of pre-release. (Exempt from the Legends like Voja)

Where do I begin? Shock lands in every format allow decks to be more consistent and therefore fun. All the best Ravnica commanders coming back. All the great reprints like Guardian Project allowing commander decks in green to be better. Other commander cards like Crypt Ghast, Rhythm of the Wilds, Blind Obedience, Cyclonic Rift, and Farseek. Teferi Time Raveler and Karn the Great Creator being really good non-commander staples. Thespians Stage being awesome in every land deck ever. Ravnica Remastered is a great, fun set, period, end of sentence.

Yeah the lore just dropped off. I was looking forward to an ending that sucked and the lore since then has sucked. I hope with upcoming sets the cards and lore improve.
