The Community Living Project (CLP) supports people with a disability to access the good things of life in their local community. We work with one person at a time, in partnership with their family and friends, to build opportunities for inclusion through access to home, relationships and valued roles. CLP helps people to take control of their own support and to make decisions in how their funding and support is managed. We are a family led organisation based in metropolitan Adelaide in South Australia.
