hello~ I really felt it when you paused and said "I... I am tired. I don't want to be the same". Praying that all of us are transformed by the renewal of our minds. I'm currently going through Exodus and am in chapter 32. Not sure if you have any bible journaling tools beyond the templated journals, but recently as part of my own commitment to read more I created these bible annotation sticker kits as part of my craft shop. I def recommend finding some stickers/stickers/tabs/etc its been a real help for me

Your transparency is beautiful. Thank you for sharing and being real about this. 💜 I’ve been dealing with similar thoughts and feelings of heaviness, like it will never get better. But I know that isn’t true as you’ve stated in your video. I continually pray over my mind and ask God to deliver me from the spirit of anxiety and depression. Moving my body physically helps a lot and staying busy. I definitely think therapy would be helpful for you but you aren’t alone and I believe something great is on the other side of this hurdle for you. I haven’t figured it out myself either but I will keep the faith with you.

Ohhhhh sista…you do realize that God loves you no matter what our souls are in a human vessel and we are not perfect God knows…guilt fear the negative self talk we know who wants us to stay in the negative…I was there in my addiction I heard your not good enough your ugly fat disgusting human…when I got sober and found God by his grace…that I am still here he has a purpose for you and me..I am also a firm believer that God speaks thru people…look at last night I know I have talked to a friend and thought where did that come from something I said….continue on your path and God will be walking beside you..we are in a spiritual war have to put that armor of God on and live your life because it’s progress not perfection thank you for sharing I love you my sista and I’m so proud of the woman your becoming ❤❤❤
