The AfterWork Fisherman channel is all about building your own tackle. For starters, I am building inline spinners. Inline spinners are very easy to build and can be as customizable as you need it to be. Technically, spinners can also be pop gear, walleye harnesses, spinnerbaits and buzzbaits. Since I live in Utah and the rocky mountains are my primary focus, I want to build lures for trout. Look for techniques and answers for all your spinner building needs and also some ideas we can all share. I look forward to seeing how we can custom build them and enjoy spinner fishing as much as possible.
Traditional vs Easy - Spinner Building Series
Wireforming spinners. The traditional way with a large "R" bend and putting both wireshafts through the body or Easy. Both have pros and cons. I try to explain my view on both.

Which blade or point are you using to cut this tape?
Using a circuit. But I believe any plotter or cutter will work.
Can’t go wrong with the deep cut blade. Steep angle on the blade. Also try “premiere vinyl - textured” setting on more.
