Rated shows came on after 10 when most kids were in bed sleeping. Now they ram everything down our kids throats. Plus slavery has generationally damaged our black families. Europeans try to keep the trend alive. They need to include more shows on healthy dating and relationships. I do recognize our culture needs more healing ❤️‍🩹! Praying for all of us.

I think something to keep in mind as you go through this transformation of being the version people seem to like to being who you authentically want to be is that people who are not true connections are gonna drop like flies. Shoot you might even drop them once you get grounded on your values. If you only want a few good, authentic connections, you’re be ok. But if you like to have a lot of different people around, this is tough and might not workout the way you think it will.

Since I have a family and baby and dog and I pursue our own interest I am a lot less "toxic nice". That doesn't mean I am unsocial. I think it is easier to correct yourself in this direction and add honesty than being very nasty but honest and learn how to be nice afterwards. Love my life now. It's not easy and needs practice on a daily basis.

You just look like a regular bloke who has not inherited a strong heritage from your parents, my best advice for you is to investigate your ancestry to understand your roots, what they have achieved, what they are good at, what mistakes they have made, what atrocities they have been through to get some idea. You are confused and have an identity crisis

I disagree, when you don't feel you can connect to people easily, that is the true reality of life. The only strong strong connection you really have is with the mother and no body else. Being nice or not is irrelevant to the feeling of connected to people
