I was in AFJROTC back in 01-05 (FL-872), and I was on the unarmed regulation and exhibition drill teams. We always did well, but this was next level!
Precision fantastic work.
Quite a bit different approach to using the arms while marking time instead of being checked at the side. And while marching, the arms arm freely bent, not kept rigid and straightened. And the arm height when swinging on the march is not uniform. Gives the overall impression of being quite “laid back” and easy going. Just a certain characteristic of American drill, not right or wrong, just a characteristic. Coming from a Canadian Air Force (I was a pilot) background, I remember drill at boot camp and we tended to be very strict on our arm position and movement. Our marching tended to be a bit more crisp because our arms weren’t flailing around. Just sayi’in. Just a different style, I guess.
Too cool! Blindfolded,!! ❤😂❤
Ahhhhh! The discipline. Right and tight! Impressed with the blind-fold portion of the exhibition and really enjoyed the comraderie after the "fell out." All of their comrades were so happy for them. Great audience too!
I’m proud of them but those in the audience who are talking are being rude and disrespectful.
Thought the same thing. A competition should be quiet.
Their precision is amazing!
Very good guy's!
That was awesome
Reminds me of when I was JRROTC
I don’t like these squeally womens voices screaming out orders They sound pathetic. We need a powerful voice
Where do theses people watching come from? The noise level is so disrespectful. They let hillbillies anywhere now I guess. GOOD JOB Chantilly Academy!
Nice one...
Ahhhhh- so perfect. I wish my team was this good.

VERY VERY GOOD 👍👍👍 d=(^o^)=b
Excellent!
Part of me is wishing, they could go against our UDT, I'm part of NJROTC, so I'm curious how that would go if it did happen
Im in the army jrotc and never seen anything like this... THIS IS SO AWESOME
air force jrotc🗿 common w
@@scootington I know that why you think I said army jrotc first but I’ve never seen this marching before.
This reminds me of ami
Wow. Those JROTC uniforms are a hell of a lot nicer than the one I had way back in '85!
The Dab is cringe….💩
Yes very unmilitaristic style to it. Which I wouldn’t be surprised if they got many points off for doing such.
@@unrecognizable7981 there also still kids they won’t take points off for it since they didn’t do it during the actual drill.
Well I mean they did do it 3 years ago
Back In 2019 when it was sorta still popular
@@electronical3883 It was still in the routine before they walked off, so it was apart of it. Also doesn't matter if they're just kids, I'm the commander of my unarmed ex routine currently and if I tried pulling anything like that my instructor would serve my head on a platter at a frickin school dance.
Love that final turn!
I can’t even walk with my eyes close and then I come across this 😅😅
It was "alright". The work accomplished was all there. It is all about the details that I caught slipping. They could have been much better. Where is the link of the final results? That's part of the package as well.
I agree, while the routine looks great if they cut the crap with the blind folds they could’ve made it a hell of a lot sharper. There also wasn’t really any clean Crispness/umph that makes a routine feel powerful (personal opinion though).
It's good, it's clean they were almost always in step (very impressive while blindfolded imo) but it just felt like a cringy dance routine
It is not military in the strict sense, but watching this video I immediately thought about _Shuudan_ _Koudou_ or Japanese synchronized precision walking. There are a few videos here on UA-cam.
Very fun!
You guys did amazing very sharp and just amazing. I hope I can get this good I bet you guys worked very hard and even if you didn’t still impressive.
this is the coolest thing I've ever seen
Same
Great job I was color-guard commander back in the 80s with my Air Force junior ROTC unit and you guys did a fabulous job..
