6 years late to the comment but I think when you rewatch Scrubs what makes it so incredible isn't just the humour, it blends everything into this incredible series which can often make you laugh or even cry in the same episode.

I think they should of started this as a spin off or something and got rid of the main characters like JD and Turk. Not that I didn't like those characters I just think this would of been better if it hadn't been part of such a great show.
