I don't know if I've commented on here before, but I wanted to thank you. The Nikki who asked the bullying question was me when I was in secondary school questioning if I should change who I was in order to be bullied less. I sent the question in on a library computer not ever thinking he would actually answer my question but still wanting to give it a shot. The library closed at 5 pm so I never got to see the actual interview. I keep coming back to this video because nowhere else has it, and younger me would have DIED knowing he had answered me (I'm not entirely sure I'm still alive now). It's (so far) my only interaction with him, and it means more than you know that someone captured that moment, even if I can't prove beyond my memory that it was my question. Edit: My nickname and my given name have always been Nikki. Before I changed my entire name due to personal reasons, my middle name was Nicole, and I preferred Nikki much more than I ever preferred my dead name. Now my middle name is Nicholette, which I did intentionally so that I could have my new, claimed name and still be Nikki to my friends and family.
