Its funny, I think some bands just don't always sound great live, even though we love the idea of seeing them live. The sound is so muddy, its too loud, and you can't actually hear the music and song. It just sounds like noise. I've seen Tesseract twice in small venues, and even there, it was bumpy on some songs, especially the vocals. But I loved it anyway, even when the live performance doesn't really sound like the actual song as recorded
