I actually have a question about Dr. Livingstone on one of my Super Millionaire quizzes that I play with some of my friends so I probably would've gotten that one 64,000 pound question right

Hey all. After inspecting Daniel's run just over a week ago, I found a technical error at 23:18 time stamp during the question for £64,000. Daniel gave us a wrong answer which was deemed right during the recording, however with further investigation and fact checking, the answer he gave was wrong. This was a technical error on our end. Therefore Daniel will not be continuing his run, since he gave a wrong answer. He'll be leaving with £32,000. A production note will be made in post production and a speech dialogue of what happened will also be made in the introduction of the next recording of the programme. We always strive to make each game fair. And doing this is only right. This was a technical fault on our end, we didn't realise it at the time of the recording. More about the question: Regardless of the question, Daniel still gave a wrong answer. The question wasn’t faulted nor had multiple right answers or no wrong answers. A wrong answer was selected as a right answer, even though it was wrong, wasn’t fact checked before the show. We always fact check the questions before recording each episode, however in this case, the question writer who wrote this stack, forgot to give the stack one final check before sending it to us to use in the show. The question had a right answer, which was David. Stanley was deemed right until we further inspected and fact checked, turns out it was wrong and David is the correct answer. I hope you understand. the answer at 18:23 is not correct. it was actually from Japan (Japan took over from the Netherlands in 1942). Indonesia declared independence after the Japanese defeat against the allies in August 1945.
