    My daily morning routine on an empty stomach is; 1. Crushing/slicing a garlic eating it after 15 min (morning&night) 2. Eat a peice of ginger (morning and night) 3. I take all essential oral vitamin supplements 4. I drink half cup with Heated ginger water, Tumeric, black pepper, acv, half lemon, tea spoon avocado oil, pinch of cinamon, raw honey 5. I end this with eating half an avocado or a bit of penut butter.. Im 33 and havent been sick in 13 years

    The title of this video is misleading. Eggs have higher quality protein than any of the beans, peas, or lentils. But lentils are awesome. But I would still recommend one boiled egg per day and some nonfat milk every day for people that can tolerate dairy products.
