Oldschool vaccines exposed us to pathogens or parts of pathogens (antigens) that allowed our bodies to develop a specific immune response. The mRNA vaccines contain neither whole nor partial pathogens- so how do they prepare our cells for them? Note: Translation occurs IN THE CYTOPLASM. mRNA CANNOT enter the nucleus. Your DNA is NOT altered by mRNA vaccines.

PCA=Principle components analysis is DIFFERENT to PCoA=Principle Co-orindate analysis

Thank you very much for this video , but I want more details about how to change the structure of the enzyme in the active site in the Kochland model induced fit . I mean how to change the sites of the acids amino to obtain a three-dimensional structure for structural integration with the substrate material. I searched, but I did not find sources on the internet.
That's a long process. You'd have to ID the residues and in parallel sequence the gene for the protein. Then you'd have to match the triplets from the gene to the residues you want to change but your choices would be constrained by things like size, charge and Van der Waals forces. Check out a biotechnology textbook or explore NCBI's website to start!
