@@kingaries9106 i’m assuming you have the Superbox ultra elite and somehow you deleted those app I do not have that particular box check your App Store and see if the apps are there to re-download if not I would recommend that you just do a factory reset and all your apps should come up and just reload everything on your box

@@AntonyCopland-wc4xp also try this if connecting directly to superbox with Ethernet cable does not work. Try factory resetting your box. select= .0.0.0.0.0 using your remote. once box has reset follow steps on screen and make sure you confirm internet!!

@@JB-000 you have two choices number one is to Google it and hope you get lucky and find the manual online if not number two is buy the Lock again take pictures of the Manual with phone and send it back for refund good luck

@@damirawatkins-lozano4893 it takes 4 AAA batteries to run door knob. sat 14:25 take off battery cover.

I put the batteries in. I probably have a different model than yours. Mine can be charged with a ISB C cord

@@damirawatkins-lozano4893 does your keypad light up when you touch handle in center on side you enter in? If not and you have batteries you may want to take the battery cover off and verify that the cable on battery side is connected firmly. Check out 18:30 of video

The preinstalled superbox apps should be in the appstore once you hit the green android guy to download then the appstore will turn blue. If you are talking about some other apps that is not in appstore you will need to try downloader to reinstall those apps. good luck

if possible try to plug into superbox directly with ethernet cable. If that does not work try. Reset your SUPERBOX and start from the beginning. Press .0.0.0.0.0 On your remote to factory reset your box. good luck. let me know if it works.

@LACITYBOY don't factory reset...the apps are all down due to the developer having some legal issues

@@toddpagan157 that’s not true. I’ve helped setup a few new superboxes within the last days. Also if you do not see apps!! What harm can it do??? Reset box and enjoy your apps. Trust me.

Well i tried resetting my elite ultra ,now all the elite an premium apps are gone,,any idea how to get them back.​@geminidrums5530

@@gushertv7244 go to settings then go to bottom on page and select lock navigation volume. from here you can choose to mute or desired volume level. you can see this at 3:22-3:24

To turn off or adjust volume open Tunya Smart app if you have more than one device choose the lock device you want to adjust. Tap on settings on the bottom right. The choose lock navigation volume and pick lock navigation mute
