Where I'm from he would have had supervised visits at the CPS with security outside the door and a camera recording interaction with the children I believe this should have happened as well even if it's a different state they should have the same protocol the man was number one suspect in the missing of his wife why would the system let him visitation in his own home with just one female supervising it. the family of Susan and the children were totally let down by the system
