I had 2 on my windscreen of a 24yr old car I just bought, fishing wire removed one but the other one is directly behind the mirror and I almost cut off my fingers, still couldn't get it off wearing gloves & was wondering if I need to get someone holding a heat gun or hairdryer on it as I use the wire but am scared to crack my windscreen.. I'll try again with dental floss tomorrow & spray it with wd40 1st, but any other suggestions pls especially if it's stuck af?

Thanks man! Great video! I got my plugs and a torque wrench and I am about to do this job in a bit. The video is super helpful - also I belive in the K24 the spark plugs are super accessible. (turns out my torque wrench is not working properly... So technically I used it as a normal wrench.. Lol.. I just made sure I didn't use excess of force... Crush the washer, aa and a bit of push after that.. Should be good)

Thank you, good sir! I didn't have fishing wire so used dental floss to loosen it around edges (which broke a few times) then used a tiny sharp paring knife to gently saw away at the glue undeneath until I had freed enough glue to easily jemmy it off the windscreen without breaking the knife. Once the tag was removed, the rubber like glue then peeled off the windscreen as easily as can be without leaving any residue.

Problem solved, in seconds flat! You're a genius, my friend. Thank you ever so kindly.
