hi ! I don't know for the mallets (I guess home-made ones), but this is from Keiko Abe (who is playing on the video if I'm right). You can find the sheets in the "Works for Solo Marimba" ;)

Mark Ford & Keiko Abe, Piece written by Keiko Abe - not sure who did the band arrangement. Based on original Prism solo by Abe.

i still can't believe she's 70 years old.
That's not the Burton grip. That's the traditional cross grip. The inside mallet goes on top rather than the outside. If you look at her thumb and finger, they are shaped like a claw, which is how she controls the intervals.
