recipe🥣: - sauté chopped garlic and onion in a pot - add in 2 chicken legs and add 4-5 bowls of water (depending on whether you like your congee more soupy or not :) ) - add in half a bowl of washed long grain rice - scoop and throw away any chicken scum - let it boil until the chicken is cooked - shred the chicken, then put the chicken bones back into the broth to continue boiling - cook until the rice is very soft or your desired consistency - add in the shredded chicken and enjoy :)

recipe🎀: - preheat oven to 180c - bake salmon, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes & brie for around 15mins, until salmon is fully cooked - cook pasta of choice - mix everything together & enjoy :D
