I am Alvin Maurera Quintero, an artist and a self-taught pianist, and I love creating covers of my favorite music pieces.
I started practicing the piano during the pandemic, but before that, I already knew the basics of music, such as reading notes and other fundamental music-related concepts. I didn't have my own piano to use back then, so I worked hard to save up money to buy one while I was studying in college. I made an effort to practice late at night and sometimes until the early hours of the morning. During the day, I had online classes, and after that, I worked on commissions (drawing) because I was a self-supporting working student. I learned to play the piano through tutorials on UA-cam.
I was born with a love for music, and I started from scratch. Music has always been my passion, and I want to share my talent with you through playing the piano. By the way, I've already graduated from college, so I have more time to play my favorite piano pieces now.
