    Not vegan but allergic to shrimp now and i like the taste too.do could a person whose allergic eat that fake shrimp.

      Hi, Carol! Please forgive my delay! For some reason I wasn't alerted that you'd commented. This vegetarian shrimp has NO shellfish. I just looked up the ingredients of the Loving Hut Ocean Fresh veggie-shrimp and it's listed as: "Konjac Powder, Brown Sugar, Maltodextrin, Mushroom extract, Sea Salt, Non-GMO Soy Protein, Sunflower Oil, Marine Flavor Seasoning (Yeast Extract, Fucose, D-Xylose, Coconut Oil, Tapioca Starch), Sesame Oil, Spices, Monascus Colors, Red Yeast Rice Extracts, White Pepper, Potato Starch, Rosemary Oil, Paprika Colors."
