In 1969, Shin I Electrical Work Shop was established in Taipei by I-Fun Wu, who is the founder of Shini Group. Its major products include band heater, pipe heater, motor service and design plus assembly for control box. In 1975, Shin I Electrical Work Shop began to produce SHD hopper dryer and entered into the line of plastic auxiliary machinery industry. In 1978, Shin I Electrical Work Shop was renamed as “Shini Electric Heaters Co., Ltd”. Since then, Shini was officially established.

SHD-80U-EC Working principle: The air from the drying blower heats through the drying heater. The hot drying air is evenly distributed within the hopper by the unique down-blow air tube. During the process, the unit automatically adjusts the drying airflow and temperature based on the different materials and throughputs, thus saving energy and preventing over-drying.

How is installation done if i need to install a 3 axis robot to take away finish product?
You can try to use the side way take out robot and put both IMM and robot into a closed space, so that the SMD can provide air dried for that closed space.
I'm using your product, but the engine works too noisy, is there any way to reduce the noise level?
