With an average commission of about $4000, Im not about to spend $1200 per lead. That’s just crazy talk

in regards to retail vs wholesale. if client doesn't quality for retail can i take the client to wholesale thru me. i guess can i do both??? retail and wholesale. open my own private mortgage but work retail and if client doesn't qualify....i can get clients business.

None of these videos explain WHAT the position actually does. They use fuckin jargan. Walk us through what they do. Literally tell us what they do. Please? Nobody will tell me so I have to assume this entire career is a scam. Im actually dissuaded by all of these posers putting videos out.
