The screw backing for the tech lock don’t stay in place when I try to tighten them, and tips?
I’m having an issue on loosening my single handcuff case. Where would that be located?

OC Holsters don't have any adjustments. My MK2 holster is too tight but I can't use an MK3 with my Fox Labs OC
We've not run across any Fox cans that do not fit the Mark 2 case, there's a possibility you have one from a batch that didn't meet the size standards.
I bought the double handcuff case and they are at the moment just clanking around in there. Is there something I can do to stop that?

Can't track any emails from you but the website lists the P5500 case as compatible with the XG-15 - so Yes, it is confirmed.

Really? So not much interest huh? I don't want to have to ask questions. I want you to sell the product to me. .This is the first impression of this product for me and probably a few (¿thousand?) others. Basically, all you did was show the product to me. For example, you never mentioned what the product is made of. It could be compacted fecal matter covered with plasti dip. I would need to dig deeper or ask you a question to get the knowledge. Why bother wasting both of our time making a video that only answers the faq that cater to the people who already decided to return the product? They're already a lil jaded and may never see this video. I'm a fresh fish that you are letting get away because after I commented here, I went and found a product that fits my need and I didn't have to work to get the info. If you want me to go that route, why not send me all the stuff along with the info. I'll ask for whatever you left out and I will make your videos from here on out. For a nominal fee of course. I'm actually being serious if you're interested. I'll do demonstrations and competitor comparisons if you like. Lmk Good luck!

No, you'll want the molle-loks for that. We have a video here for those as well.
what radio holder is that one he has ?
There is an APX6000 case on the mannequin in the background. The XL-200 case is what the tek-lok gets attached to in the video. Each radio case is made for specific models of radios.

Just bought a baton holder, OC pouch and Flashlight case… I have high hopes.
What’s the strap at the top for ??
It's a little bungie cord for radio retention. You hook it over one of the knobs on top of your radio. For my Kenwood, the strap is on the side where the on/off volume knob is, so I hook it over that. You probably know this, but I'll say it for anybody else who is curious why a radio case needs this extra feature... The radio cases are snug enough to hold my radio even if I shake it upside down. However, radios are heavy and if that wasn't a physics problem when it's time to demonstrate how you won the state wrestling championship back in high school, then it'll be your speaker/mic wire that decides to snag and try yanking it out.

Shouldn't even NEED instructions. The piece of shit flashlight holster needs tools to open it.
None of our cases have tops to open. You can use a phillips head to tighten the Bezel Down series and the included hex key to tighten the retention on the Bezel Up series. Nothing to "open" and no tools to put a light in.
What is the protective vest on the right manikin?
How do you prevent the molle lok from sliding. My stinger holster slides almost a 1/4 inch up when I pull my light out.
We have something new coming 2Q 2024 for this - for now you can use a zip tie above the molle channel to act as a stopper in a pinch
Same here. The short molle loks are not sized with ANY molle gear I have. Way too much movement

Can you show us the cloud defensive mch line of lights in your holsters?
The MCH (original) fits the Modlite Case we make - the MCH DUTY fits the new Bezel Down - 3 case. We don't have any videos but there is a pic on IG of the DUTY and its case.

Awesome video. I just ordered the holster for the Motorola APX4000 radio. I currently have a swivel holster and hate how loud it is and how much it moves when running. I can’t wait for my holster to come in.

Yes! High quality and so I ended up ordering all my gear to replace my leather holsters. Highly recommend! Wow just noticed I made the original comment two years ago. So I actually moved some stuff around my my belt today and all of it is still in really good shape after two years.

No I am not with DPS but that is my dream job
