People who hate on Yngwie are only used to his new stuff. Cant blame them; if you type i YJM to youtube all you get is that garbage from his later videos. His vintage performances are insane. Havent seen a guitar player play as clean and visually appealing tbh

He was on fire back then - I have some bootlegs from that era and watched countless others here on UA-cam and it is astonishing how every performance of Cliffs Of Dover intro is so different harmonically, even if they are played over sameish G drone. Early live Alien Love Child bootlegs from mid 90's are also from another planet (no pun intended). Cheers from Finland!

I saw Yngwie at the Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center in Oakland California 12/19/86. I was 20 years old. Yngwie was at his peak during the Trilogy era.

Insane speed. This entire concert is just so damn fast but Yngwie doesn't miss a NOTE! Incredible really. I don't know of any 23 year old today that's on his level.
